Reiki is holistic medicine for aligning your mind, body and soul. Reiki can harmonize, strengthen and have a healing effect on the bodily systems, and calm your nervous system and strengthen your immune system, to stay balanced and healthy.
Everything is made of energy and we are all immersed in an infinite amount of energy. This energy healing technique originated in Japan, and is based on Chi (life force energy) and it is working every minute of everyday, or we wouldn’t survive. Though, you don’t want to just survive, because you know that you are more than only your physical body. Our emotional wellbeing, our mental, cognition health, and spiritual being all matter.
